How can I convert my Tide Card into an NCMC Card?

To use your Tide card as an NCMC card, please visit the Service Creation terminal at your nearest Metro station. A representative will need your physical Tide card and will use it to tap on a POS device, which will convert your card into an NCMC card. All the features of your existing Tide card will remain unchanged.
