Members are requested to reach out to the Tide member support via in-app chat or write to us at [email protected] or call us at 011-40789090 and select the "Card block" option. You will receive a call-back from our Member support team, and we will make sure to address your query aptly. Further, please follow the steps to cancel the card via the Tide app: Select "Cards" Choose “My Cards” Choose "Cancel card permanently" Once cancelled, the member can reorder a new card directly within the app.
