Who can freeze my card, and can I unfreeze it?
If your employer freezes your card: You will see that they have frozen it, but you will not be able to unfreeze it yourself. You must contact them to have it unfrozen. If you freeze your card: You can unfreeze it at any time. Your employer also has the ability to unfreeze a card that you have frozen.
