How do I submit a reimbursement claim?

Reimbursement claims can now be submitted directly through the app! Here's how:

  • Open the Tide app and navigate to the Payments Tab section.

  • Select the relevant Benefit Wallet (e.g., Fuel, Telecom) and tap Claim Reimbursement.

  • Enter the expense details: Date of Expense, Amount, and Category.

  • Upload a clear, legible copy of your receipt/proof directly from your device or click a picture of the receipt from your device

  • Review and submit your claim.
